Smart Synapse service desk showing the ticket lifecycle workflow, SLA tracking metrics, and service data integration01
Internship ProjectSoftware ArchitectureISO/IEC 29110

Smart Synapse

Enterprise Service Desk & CRM Integration

Context

An internal support and issue-resolution ticket system developed under the ISO/IEC 29110 framework during a software engineering internship, deeply integrated with core corporate CRM to streamline technical support workflows.

Problem

Designing an efficient technical support workflow with automated SLA monitoring and ticket lifecycle tracking, capturing and displaying customer and service data from corporate CRM for issue verification without modifying master records directly.

Contribution

Drove execution as Systems Integration (SI) Engineer, architecting a decoupled read-model synchronized with corporate CRM under senior mentorship. Responsible for translating Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) directly into Software Design Documents (SDD)—including IMP/USD specifications, sequence diagrams, use cases, and component structures—ensuring strict ISO/IEC 29110 compliance. Accelerated full-stack engineering using modern AI-assisted development tools for schema design and documentation.

Tech: Next.js · TypeScript · Bun · OpenSearch · Prisma · PostgreSQL

Evidence — Delivered audit-ready software designs and complete SDD documentation compliant with ISO/IEC 29110. Demonstrated stable end-to-end ticket tracking and audit logging.

CU LibSpace

Seat Reservation Matchmaker

Context

A database-driven matchmaking system designed to pair students with available library seating at Chulalongkorn University, initiated as a Database Systems course project with future product implementation planned in the Software Engineering course.

Problem

Designing a robust relational database to optimize resource allocation, managing real-time matchmaking between students and library tables, preventing booking conflicts, and enforcing attendance policies.

Contribution

Architected the 3NF relational schema on PostgreSQL. Engineered transactional stored procedures (e.g., reservation with overlaps check, penalty-aware check-in), custom database triggers for access tickets, and stored functions to retrieve seat matrices. Tuned performance using partial, composite, and GiST indexes analyzed via EXPLAIN execution paths.

Tech: PostgreSQL · Stored Procedures & Triggers · Index Tuning · Database Design

Evidence — Delivered a complete database design report containing ER diagrams, schema specifications, complex queries, and validated SQL transaction scripts.

Unity physical therapy game interface and custom-built sensor controller03
HackathonHealthcare TechUnity & Hardware

NTU Hackathon

Innovating Functional Recovery

Context

A game-assisted physical rehabilitation platform developed for stroke patients during a 48-hour NTU Hackathon, in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Klongdinsor.

Problem

Designing an engaging rehabilitation controller and matching game under a strict 2-day constraint using only provided hardware materials, restricted to a simple two-button input model for patient recovery.

Contribution

Co-developed the prototype in a two-stage sprint (Day 1: Unity game programming; Day 2: assembling the foam-switch gripper and copper-foil arm-curl detector). The DIY hardware mapped physical therapy motions to in-game controls through a PLAKOD interface.

Tech Stack: Unity · C# · Hardware Integration · Custom Sensors · Game Design

Evidence — Delivered a functional hardware-and-software prototype with a live video demonstration [YouTube Video] (https://youtu.be/u8xTLRrF6Fo), evaluated by therapists and patients for safety, therapeutic accuracy, and engagement.

Jaturamitr Kick!

Turn-based Football Simulator

Context

A turn-based strategic football simulation board game inspired by the iconic Jaturamitr Samakkee tournament, developed as a final project for the Programming Methodology course at Chulalongkorn University.

Problem

Simulating realistic 2D collision physics (elastic collisions, momentum, and impulse), handling complex turn transitions, and managing dynamic item spawns (upgrades/downgrades) in Java.

Contribution

Programmed the core game loop, turn-management logic, and custom 2D collision physics formulas. Implemented object-oriented class hierarchies for players, ball, and items in Java, and built the interactive UI using JavaFX.

Tech Stack: Java · JavaFX · OOP Patterns · Physics Simulation

Evidence — Delivered a fully functional desktop application with complete technical documentation, detailed UML class diagrams, and verified physics bounce behaviors.

DeePAI

IdeaForge Hackathon 2026

Context

A real-time deepfake scam detection concept and system integration design developed for the IdeaForge Hackathon 2026, designed to protect users from AI-synthesized video and audio fraud.

Problem

Navigating an open-ended AI innovation challenge to address the 10x surge in deepfake scams. The project demanded rigorous user research to define demographic pain points, designing the system architecture, and formulating a viable B2B business model to address judges' questions on scalability.

Contribution

Co-designed the conceptual system architecture and mobile overlay interface (React Native UI with Kotlin/Swift native bridges for overlay screen capture). Formulated the integration schemas routing media to Google Gemini & Vertex AI models, and structured the B2B SaaS pay-per-use API and monetization roadmap.

Tech Stack: React Native · Kotlin / Swift · Gemini API · Vertex AI · API Design · Business Strategy

Evidence — Placed as a Top 12 Finalist. Delivered the conceptual integration blueprints, UI mockups, and the commercial business plan, pitching the technical-business feasibility to industry judges.

Personal ProjectSystems & DevOpsAgentic AIOngoing

Self-Hosted Server & Agentic Lab

Personal Infrastructure & AI Playground

Context

A self-learning home server playground repurposed from an old laptop to experiment with system engineering, containerization, secure networking, and 24/7 automated agentic workflows.

Problem

Configuring a secure, low-latency, and highly available private environment to run background services, automate personal workflows, and host AI agents without exposing home networks to public port-forwarding vulnerabilities.

Contribution

Configured a headless Linux Server running Docker containerization. Established secure admin access via Tailscale VPN and public HTTPS ingress using Cloudflare Tunnels. Programmed experimental automations: Python-based automated briefings, zstd-compressed backups with system alerts, and cross-device synchronization pipelines.

Tech Stack: Linux Server · Docker · Hermes Agent · Ollama / Local LLM · Cloudflare Tunnel · Tailscale VPN · Python / Node.js

Evidence — A fully operational, 24/7 self-hosted server running multiple containerized services with zero subscription costs. Serves as a staging playground with a modular roadmap for local LLM integration and CI/CD pipelines.

This index is designed to grow with coursework, research, hackathons, case competitions, and open-source experiments—each labeled by context and status.
